Parade entries will line up at 8 a.m. at the District 833 Service Center, across from McDonald’s on East Point Douglas Road. Parade entries will be judged at 9:15 a.m. The parade will begin at 10 a.m. and proceed south on East Point Douglas Road to the District Program Center, next door to Country Inn & Suites Hotel. Trophies will be awarded for Most Creative, first through third place; Halloween Spirit and Best Non-motorized Group.
