The Southeast Area YMCA in Woodbury invites seniors, 55 years and older, to a free health and fitness event from 1-3 p.m. Wednesday, May 23. A photo ID is required for admission. Activities will include chair massages, brain health tips, health screenings, fitness assessments, fitness class samplers, an obstacle course and resource fair.
