A walk to raise money for the Minnesota chapter of the American Parkinson Disease Association is scheduled at Como Park on Saturday, Aug. 21. Registration will take place at 7:30 a.m., with a program at 8 a.m. and the walk around Lake Como starting at 8:30 a.m. The walk begins at the Como Park Pavilion Black Bear Crossing, 1360 Lexington Parkway in St. Paul. Everyone is invited to join the walk or support it by sending a check to the APDA Minnesota Chapter, c/o Susan Knight, 419 Springhill Road, Vadnais Heights, MN 55127.
