The Youth Service Bureau, with offices in Cottage Grove, Woodbury, Stillwater and Forest Lake, has received a $25,000 grant from 3M to support its parent education program. Planten-Krell said, “Support from 3M supplements funding received from the Lee S. and Dorothy N. Whitson Fund, the Kay Clint Fund, Stillwater Noontime Rotary and other community partners.”
